 I am a South Florida native who started his career as a scratch agent with Allstate in November of 2007. Prior to Allstate, I was a co-owner of 7 real estate offices located in South Florida. I have lived in the Dallas, Texas area since 1983 and have been serving the surrounding area as an Insurance agent since 2011. What I love most about what I do is the ability to protect our clients through development of our insurance agents. My knowledge and understanding of growing our agency through aggressive new business marketing as well as acquisitions has helped me build a $21,000,000 book of business in 9 years with 17 employees, 5 locations and employees working successfully from home.  I started my scratch insurance agency in 2009 and later joined forces with Craig Wiggins in 2011. I am responsible for the day to day operations of Craig’s $36,000,000 insurance operation. I am also President of Operations for Craig Wiggins Coaching and a huge part of the CWC training and curriculum in addition to the live training that I lead every week for all CWC members. Joseph is passionate about helping agency team members realize their full potential to write much more new business and he also works directly with Agency Owners in the CWC Coaching and Mentoring programs to help them grow and develop their teams, maximize their compensation opportunities, and transform their agency. He runs the back-end and support for CWC Agency Brokerage and will work closely with all parties involved in transaction to ensure a smooth process and a wonderful experience.
